Jamal Williams

Jamal manages the administration First Responder Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act grant to provide naloxone training and resources to first responders and members of other key community sectors throughout the Arkansas Delta region. The naloxone program supports effective overdose prevention and referral services, including naloxone distribution and training in its use.

Jamal has a passion for public service. He strives to utilize his skills and experience in grant administration and communications. He uses a creative approach to transform ideas into visual statements that reinforce public awareness and generate engagement.

Jamal holds a bachelor’s degree in computer graphics and interactive media from the University of Dubuque.
